at it. It gives you peace of mind and a feeling of financial
security.
A good piece of advice is to start to invest what you save
into an investment vehicle (mutual fund ) that is going to
get you to financial independence.

The best advice we can give you is to first of all take a
piece of paper and write down all the things that you currently
spend money on. In that list you make, there will be quite
a few things or areas where you will be currently wasting.
Almost all of us waste money every single day.
When you have your list complete, the next step is to discover
your “fixed” costs and your “variable” costs. Ask, is this
item a fixed cost?
(Note - A fixed cost can be lowered (altered) slightly

..or is this item a variable cost
(Note – A variable cost can be altered and is never
set in stone so to speak E.g. Satellite payments can be stopped,
meals out can be reduced)
Next, you need to focus on all the variable costs on your
list. Then ask yourself some tough questions such as:
Do I really need to spend
this amount on this item?
And is it absolutely necessary?
And is there a lower priced alternative that
I could use?
You’ll soon start to realise that saving money and lots
of it is possible by asking these types of questions. It may
take some time to go through this exercise but boy will it
be worth it. When you’ve finished you’ll be able to put that
money your saving into an investment fund that is linked to
the stock market.
